Kenji Nakamura is the Contributing Editor for Drinks at Tastes Good Magazine. With over fifteen years of experience behind the bar and in the field, he brings a deep understanding of distillation, fermentation, and cocktail history to his work. Before joining the magazine, he was the lead spirits columnist for 'Pour Weekly' and his work has been featured in numerous international publications. Kenji is a certified Sake Professional and his book, 'The Modern Izakaya,' won a James Beard Award for beverage writing. He focuses on demystifying complex spirits and telling the stories of the people who make them.
